Privacy policy

What we store

Your business details: name, tax ID (RNC), address, phone, email and any logo you upload.

Your users: name, email, role and last sign-in date. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and cannot be read by us.

Operational data: products, stock, sales, fiscal documents, payments and any customers you register, including their tax ID if you enter it.

Technical data: IP address, browser and an activity log, kept for security and support.

What we use them for

To provide the service: record sales, calculate tax, issue fiscal documents and produce your reports.

To support you when you ask, and to notify you of service matters such as your trial or NCF sequences expiring.

We do not sell your data or your customers’ data, and we do not use them for third-party advertising.

Separation between businesses

Each business is isolated twice over: the application always filters by business, and PostgreSQL additionally enforces row-level security, so a query that forgot its filter would still return no other business’s data.

Support staff only access your business data when you ask them to, and that access is logged.

Fiscal documents

Issued fiscal documents and their NCF numbers are retained even if you void the sale: a fiscal document is annulled, never deleted. This is required by Dominican regulation and cannot be altered on request.

How long we keep them

For as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we keep the data for a reasonable period so you can export it or reactivate, then delete it except where the law requires retention.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the reports, as PDF and Excel.

You can ask us to correct or delete personal data by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
